SYNAQ’s partner programme has a referral programme and a reseller programme with three levels to suit companies with varying needs and preferences.


Those looking to expand their revenue streams but cannot commit fully to the programme are entitled to a monthly commission calculated at 15% of the total monthly contract value. They can also enjoy a 15% discount on services rendered (namely training, support and implementation services) as bronze partners.


Sales-focused businesses seeking to increase revenue without the concerns of technical details or implementation can earn a commission calculated at 20% of the total monthly contract value and enjoy a 20% discount on training, support and implementation services with a range of other benefits.


Partners in the highest tier are entitled to a monthly commission calculated at 25% of the total monthly contract value with a 25% discount on training, support and implementation services, and the full range of additional benefits. These include joint marketing opportunities, sales staff training, a dedicated account manager, sales and marketing collateral and the ability to white-label brochures.

SYNAQ also offers a Referral programme where potential resellers are referred directly to us to sign up for our programme with no support or billing commitments made on behalf of the referral company. Upon successful sign-up, the referral company is entitled to a once-off or ongoing monthly commission of 10%, depending on the total annual contract value.
