- How do I add and remove mailboxes?
You have access to your account administration interface, where you can add and remove mailboxes, reset passwords, manage aliases and distribution lists, upgrade or downgrade packages, almost full access and without needing to contact us.

- How do I sign up?
Signing up for our service is rather easy, either sign-up online or with one of our sales representatives.
- How does the billing work?
Services are billed monthly, in advance.
We support debit order payments; credit card payments will be supported soon.

- How long does it take to sign up?

- What can I do with my existing mail?
You decide what you need to do with your existing mail. You can decide to start with fresh mailboxes and not import existing data into them (we recommended you keep a backup for compliancy) or import your existing data into your new mailbox.

Cutover happens when your email is redirected from its existing platform to the SYNAQ servers. At this point you are officially setup to use our services

Provisioning means account setup and preparation on the SYNAQ platform
