Pinpoint Branding TEXT-TO-HTML (T2H) Conversion Feature

The issue with plain text email is that most email marketing solutions only work on emails setup for HTML and plain text emails are left unbranded and without the necessary marketing communication. However, the development team at SYNAQ recently released a conversion feature for Pinpoint Branding to eliminate Plain Text emails being sent unbranded. The Text-to-HTML (T2H) Conversion feature overcomes the branding issue by attaching branded marketing and signature HTML parts to plain text emails. The result is a consistent corporate branding service across devices and email clients.
This feature removes the stress placed on IT administrators to ensure that all employees are setup to compose email through HTML and reduces the anxiety marketers experience about missed marketing opportunities.
So how does this work?
We have decided not to make the T2H Conversion feature a default setting and encourage our customer administrators to activate this feature on their account if they require branding of text emails.
Once the feature is activated all plain text incoming emails sent through the SYNAQ servers will have an HTML part added to the original plain text email. The HTML part is branded with the correct signature and banner and then the plain text signature is included to the text part of the email and delivered to the correct recipient. The entire process happens in nanoseconds and the delay is unnoticed while ensuring a fully branded solution.
Enabling the Feature
As with most SYNAQ products, Pinpoint Branding is a cloud-based solution with administration geared to being quick and easy. Administrators can activate this feature by selecting the ‘Yes, convert all plain text emails to HTML’ option under the ‘Settings’ tab on the admin interface. Like that, the feature is activated and neither IT nor marketing have to stress about emails slipping through unbranded.
